Who can open a House Brands Eyewear wholesale account?

Wholesale accounts are available to verified optometrists, opticians, and optical retailers. We require verification such as licensing information, resale certificates, or corporate documentation to confirm you are an optical professional.

How do I get verified?

During signup, you’ll provide professional credentials (license number, resale certificate, or business paperwork). Our team verifies this information using publicly available information or submitted documentation.

Is wholesale pricing available to the public?

No. Wholesale pricing is only visible and accessible to verified optical professionals with approved accounts.

Pricing & Minimums

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. There are no minimum order quantities or dollar minimums. Order exactly what you need.

Do you offer volume discounts?

No. We believe in fair, transparent pricing for all customers and do not offer volume-based discounts.

Products & Quality

What products do you sell?

We currently offer frames only.  Watch our newsletters and communications for announcements regarding new products including new frame lines.

Where are your frames made?

Our frames are carefully sourced and vetted from high-quality manufacturers around the world, including Korea, Italy and China.

Are demo lenses included?

Yes. Frames do include demo lenses.

Do you offer private labeling or custom branding?

Not at this time.

Inventory & Ordering

Are products kept in stock?

Yes. All items shown on our website reflect current inventory and are kept in stock unless otherwise noted.

Can I backorder out-of-stock items?

No, backorders are not available for out-of-stock items.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be modified or canceled as long as they have not shipped. Orders typically ship within 2 business days.

Shipping

Do you offer flat-rate shipping?

Yes. We offer $10 flat-rate shipping on all orders, with no minimums or maximum quantities.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship using UPS and USPS.

How long does shipping take?
  • Order processing: typically 2–3 business days
  • Standard transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. Expedited shipping options are available. If you need an order urgently, let us know and we’ll do our best to ship it quickly.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging
What happens if I return items after 30 days?
  • 31 days to 6 months: accepted with a 25% restocking fee
  • Within 1 year: accepted with a 50% restocking fee

After 1 year: no returns accepted

Are any items non-returnable?

No. All eyewear is eligible for return under the guidelines above.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using tracking and insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Any damaged or defective items must be reported via email within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

How are damaged items handled?

Damaged items may be returned at the customer’s expense or issued a $0 credit, depending on the situation.
