Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return within 30 days, items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns After 30 Days

  • 31 days to 6 months: Returns are accepted with a 25% restocking fee
  • After 6 months: Returns are accepted with a 50% restocking fee

All returned items must still be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit (default).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, though it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

Damaged items may be returned at the customer’s expense or issued a $0 credit, depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

At this time, all eyewear is eligible for return under the terms outlined above.
