Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at HouseBrands Eyewear. We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If your order processing time is expected to exceed 5 business days, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
A. Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $10 flat-rate shipping on all orders
- No minimums or maximum quantities apply
- Carriers: UPS and USPS
Standard Shipping Transit Time:
- Estimated 3–5 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping:
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout or by request
- If you require faster delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
Please note that delivery estimates are transit times only and do not include order processing time.
B. International Shipping
At this time, HouseBrands Eyewear does not ship internationally. Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
You may track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email.
4. Damages, Loss, and Theft
HouseBrands Eyewear is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence so we can review the issue.
If tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. For confirmed lost or stolen shipments, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
Certain expedited shipping services may not be available for:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
Availability of shipping services may vary depending on carrier restrictions.
